1. Booking and Payment
a) To secure our photography services, a non-refundable booking fee is required. This fee will be discussed and agreed upon during the initial consultation and is typically a percentage of the total package price.
b) The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the scheduled shoot or event. Failure to provide full payment may result in the cancellation of our services.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
a) In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, please notify us as soon as possible. The booking fee is non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date at our discretion.
b) If we are unable to accommodate a rescheduled date due to prior commitments, we will refund the booking fee.

3. Photography Services
a) We will provide photography services as outlined in the agreed-upon package. Any additional services or changes to the package must be discussed and confirmed in writing.
b) While we will make every effort to capture all requested moments, we cannot guarantee that every shot will be perfect or that we will capture every moment due to various unforeseen circumstances.

4. Image Delivery and Editing
a) We will provide a selection of edited high-resolution images to you within the agreed-upon timeframe. The exact number of images may vary depending on the package and event.
b) All images will be edited in our signature style. Additional editing requests may incur extra charges.
c) We reserve the right to select and deliver the best images from the event, discarding any duplicates or subpar shots.

5. Copyright and Usage
a) The copyright of all images remains with Mohit Bhardwaj Photography. You will receive a license to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
b) You are prohibited from selling or distributing the images for commercial gain without our written consent.

6. Model Release
By engaging our services, you grant us permission to use the images for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

7. Travel and Accommodation
For events located outside our primary service area, travel and accommodation expenses may apply. These costs will be discussed and agreed upon before the event.

8. Liability and Force Majeure
a) While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our equipment and your images, we are not liable for any damage or loss of data due to unforeseen circumstances.
b) In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness or natural disasters, we will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement photographer or reschedule the event. If this is not possible, our liability is limited to a refund of the booking fee.

9. Client Cooperation
We rely on the cooperation of the client and their guests to capture the best possible images. Any hindrance or interference with our work may affect the quality of the final product.

10. Complaints
If you have any concerns or complaints regarding our services, please communicate them to us in writing within 14 days of receiving your images. We will make every effort to address and resolve your concerns.
